‘Telemedicine has been close to us for many years. We co-created the world’s first National Network of Teleaudiology. Initially, we used telemedicine to rehabilitate patients following the implantation of different types of hearing implants. Patients from distant parts of Poland and abroad no longer had to spend an entire night travelling with a child to have an implant adjusted. Today, an e-visit also means safety for our patients.’
