During a debate organised by Capital24.tv, Professor Piotr H. Skarżyński noted that today’s younger generation is increasingly well prepared for business. He observed that more young people start working while still studying, gaining valuable practical experience. He also highlighted their growing openness to innovation and technology, an important asset in the labour market.
In the Professor’s view, modern educational programmes are increasingly bringing theory closer to practice, preparing young people for work in a rapidly changing business environment. Such experience helps them define their goals more clearly and better understand how to achieve them. According to Professor Skarżyński, openness to modern technology and innovative approaches is an additional contribution that younger generations bring to organisations.
