Prof. Piotr H. Skarżyński, MD, PhD, MSc, received a distinction in ‘Success of the Year 2018 in Healthcare — Leaders of Medicine’.
The ‘Success of the Year’ gala took place on 10 January 2019 at the Royal Castle in Warsaw. His wife, Magdalena Beata Skarżyńska, PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, accepted the distinction in the Healthcare Manager of the Year 2018 — Private Facilities category on his behalf from Health Minister Prof. Łukasz Szumowski.
The competition is organised by ‘Menedżer Zdrowia’ and Termedia Publishing. Winners in ten categories are individuals and organisations that made outstanding contributions to Polish healthcare during the year. The competition was held under the Health Minister’s honorary patronage.
