International students of the Global MBA programme at the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Management visited the Center of Hearing and Speech in Kajetany on a study trip in late March 2023.
During Prof. Piotr H. Skarżyński’s lecture, they learned about the facilities’ expansion beyond Europe, his international achievements, his contribution to medicine using the latest technologies, original devices supporting the diagnosis and treatment of sensory disorders, and the global standing of Polish otorhinolaryngology.
They also explored the capabilities of the telemedicine centre in Kajetany, one of the first in Poland and worldwide, including remote hearing implant adjustment (telefitting).
The study visit allowed Global MBA students to learn about management and operational mechanisms across different areas and gain practical knowledge to help them choose their future career paths.
